2. Purpose

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website sednamedia.es, owned by SEDNA MEDIA, S.L. (“Sedna Media”), in compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).

Access to the site is free of charge and confers user status. Browsing the site implies acceptance of this legal notice as published at any given time.

3. Terms of use

Users undertake to use the site in accordance with the law, good faith and this legal notice, and not to use it for unlawful purposes, in ways that harm the rights of third parties, or in ways that may damage, disable or overload the site or prevent its normal use.

Sedna Media does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in access to the site, although it will use reasonable means to avoid and, where appropriate, correct them. Nor is it liable for damage arising from viruses or other harmful elements introduced by third parties.

8. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user’s domicile where the user is a consumer; otherwise, to those of the city of Valencia.
