We do not sign you up to a closed piece of software: we develop the solution around how your company actually works, and the voucher covers part of the project depending on which segment you fall into.

The programme
What Kit Digital is
A public grant programme for the digitalisation of sole traders, micro-businesses and SMEs. It is awarded as a digital voucher that you spend on solutions from a registered digitalisation agent.
Who can apply
Sole traders, micro-businesses and small companies that meet the conditions of the current call: being up to date with tax and social security obligations, staying within the de minimis aid limit, and having completed the digital self-assessment test.
How you receive it
It is not paid in cash. Red.es awards a voucher up to a maximum amount set by your company’s segment, and that amount goes straight towards the cost of the solution you contract. The aid is paid out in two phases, 70 % and 30 %.

Prices exclude VAT. VAT is not covered by the grant and is paid by the client. The voucher amount depends on your company’s segment; when the project costs more than that, the client covers the difference. We put it in writing before you sign anything.

Maximum grant amounts for the Process Management category under the programme’s regulatory bases in force. If your company is in segment III, the voucher covers €2,000 and you pay the rest up to the project price: we give you the exact figure before we start.

Process automation
We digitalise and automate complete business processes: projects, inventory, purchasing and payments, human resources, logistics, accounting or invoicing, depending on what you need.
Integration through APIs
The solution ships with an API or web services so it integrates with the tools you already use. It does not sit apart from the rest of your operation.
Updatable
It receives new versions. What we build does not freeze on delivery day.
Scalable
It adapts as your company grows and as its structure changes, without rebuilding it from scratch.
Regulatory compliance
When the solution covers invoicing, accounting, inventory or purchasing and payments, it complies with the Spanish invoicing obligations regulation and guarantees the integrity, retention and traceability of records.

FAQ
What people always ask us
Do I have to pay anything myself?
VAT, always: the grant does not cover it. And if the project costs more than your voucher, the difference too. That is why we publish the price range and give you a closed figure in writing before you sign. We do not work on the idea that it is free, because it almost never entirely is.
How much am I entitled to?
It depends on your company’s segment, which is set by headcount. For the Process Management category the grant is €2,000 in segment III (0 to 2 employees and sole traders), €3,000 in II (3 to 9), €6,000 in I (10 to 49), €15,000 in IV (50 to 99) and €18,000 in V (100 to 249). What happens when the subsidised period ends?
The solution and your data are yours. From there, continuing with support, updates and further development carries a monthly maintenance fee that we put in writing before we start, so you know from day one what the following year costs. If you decide not to continue, we hand your data over in a format you can use.
Can I use it if I already have a management system?
It depends. The rules do not allow funding an upgrade or an extension of something you already have: the solution must be new and deliver a real functional improvement. We check this with you before applying for anything, because the grant can only be justified properly on that basis.
Do I need to know about IT?
No. We analyse, develop, roll out and train. All we need from you is an explanation of how you work today.
How long does the rollout take?
Between 4 and 8 weeks from signing the agreement, depending on the size of the project and how many processes are in scope. We give you the specific date in writing in the agreement, and it always fits within the execution deadlines the programme sets.
Who does the development?
Our own team, in Beniparrell. We do not subcontract development.
