2. What data we process and why

We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or the Kit Digital form: name, company, phone, email, number of employees and the content of your message.

  • Purpose: to answer your enquiry, prepare and send you a proposal, and maintain the commercial contact arising from that request. For the Kit Digital form, also to check whether you meet the programme conditions and to guide you through the application.
  • Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, as the relationship progresses, pre-contractual measures or performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not build profiles or make automated decisions using your data. We do not use form data to send you marketing unrelated to your enquiry without asking for your consent first.

3. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for a maximum of 6 months from the last contact. If we do work together, the data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the statutory limitation periods (six years for commercial and accounting matters, four for tax).

For projects under the Kit Digital Programme, the associated documentation is kept for the period required by the programme rules for justification and audit purposes.

4. Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Our web hosting and email provider accesses it as a data processor under an Article 28 GDPR agreement: Raiola Networks, S.L. (Spain).

For Kit Digital files, the necessary data is communicated to Red.es as the body granting the aid.

No international data transfers outside the European Economic Area take place.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@sednamedia.es or to the postal address above, providing proof of identity.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The site is served entirely over HTTPS and the forms include anti-spam measures that require no third-party services and do not profile the person filling them in.
